·         All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are processed the same working day.

·         Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Sundays, or on National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

·         Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days for most cities. In remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

·         During sale events or peak seasons, shipping may take longer due to high order volumes.

·         We ship all orders via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

·         We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed within Pakistan.

·         We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen courier delays once the order is dispatched.
