Exchange & Return

·  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it.

·  Returns and exchanges are only accepted for non-damaged and mostly unused perfume bottles (at least 95% of the fragrance must remain in the bottle).

·  All items must be returned with their original packaging, including the perfume box, bottle, pouches, or any branded materials.

·  Sample sets and items purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

·  If you have purchased a perfume set or pack, you must return the entire set. Individual bottles from sets cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

·  Any product that is returned damaged, leaking, or without original components will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

·  Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges using a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post).

·  Delivery charges from the original order will not be refunded, unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or leakage — in such cases, we will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.

·  All refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions.

·  If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, you must WhatsApp us at +92 300 5993677 with your order details and reason for return,along with the form provided on our website (delalma.pk).

·  All returns must be sent to the following address:
